Policies

All bookings must be completed through our TimetoPet client portal. There you are given the options to choose your service, dates, and complete payment. All services must be paid for at the time of booking. In the event that a booking changes, eligible refunds will be issued to the client.

Dog Walks must be cancelled with in 24 hours of service for a full refund. Cancellations made on the same day will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.

Drop In Visits 

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins.
• If you cancel after 12:00 noon the day before the stay begins, you'll get a 50% refund for the first seven cancelled days and a 100% refund for any additional cancelled days.

Pet care insurance is provided by Veracity Insurance Solution, LLC a pet care insurance partner with Lyod's of London. 

 General liability responds to claims for bodily injury to a person other than the sitter, dog walker, pet owner, or someone directly related to the pet owner, sitter, or dog walker. This also responds to claims for pet owner's property damage that occurs as a result of a sitter or dog walker's services. 

 This coverage is valid for injuries to the pet owner's pet(s) in the sitter or dog walker's care, custody, and control. 

We also provide veterinary bill reimbursement for injuries sustained while you pet is in our care. ($500 deductible)
